Blazer Industries - Clínica dental pediátrica

La Clínica Dental Infantil de Springfield se diseñó pensando en los niños. A diferencia de muchas clínicas dentales pediátricas, este edificio es agradable y divertido a los ojos de los niños, sin distraerlos con tecnología costosa utilizada para aliviar la ansiedad de los niños con la visita. El objetivo del cliente era ofrecer una atención asequible de primera clase minimizando al mismo tiempo los gastos generales adicionales.

La fluidez de la clínica conseguida por el diseño, y el trabajo del interiorista, crean una clínica muy funcional sin el elevado coste de elementos añadidos innecesarios. La sencillez del diseño permitió una instalación sencilla y eficiente sin comprometer la visión del cliente.

Este proyecto se construyó con un contratista que entiende perfectamente el funcionamiento modular. Esto permitió una sincronización perfecta entre la finalización de la producción en la fábrica y la necesidad del proyecto in situ.

También colaboramos estrechamente con el contratista para delimitar el ámbito de trabajo y maximizar la rapidez, eficacia y ahorro de costes de la construcción modular, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la flexibilidad necesaria para adaptarse al cliente. El uso de la construcción modular permitió reducir el calendario del proyecto, ocuparlo cuanto antes y rentabilizar la inversión con mayor rapidez.
