El proyecto Jarrett Street Condo

El proyecto Jarrett Street Condo de Industrias Blazer es un edificio de condominios de tres plantas y 12 unidades situado en Portland, Oregón. Diseñado por el galardonado arquitecto Brian CavanaughEste proyecto cuenta con unidades de entre 387 y 556 pies cuadrados y está situado junto a una línea de transporte público para facilitar el desplazamiento por la ciudad.

Cada unidad cuenta con grandes ventanales para maximizar la luz natural en los espacios habitables. Debido a la naturaleza del diseño modular, el techo de cada vivienda está separado de la estructura del suelo del nivel siguiente, lo que ayuda a minimizar el ruido vertical de los ocupantes. Otras especificaciones incluían encimeras de cocina de superficie sólida de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, suelos de madera de ingeniería, baldosas de metro y revestimiento de paredes y techos de yeso liso. La sencilla combinación de colores del revestimiento exterior hace de este proyecto una adición bienvenida al barrio. Los microespacios habitables cubren cómodamente la necesidad en una zona que se enfrenta a una crisis de vivienda.
